    Please be certain of a purchase before finalizing your order. Goldcoast Tan offers a personalised platform of communication via in-store visits ; email ; or whatsapp message & are readily available for all possible queries to assist in completing your purchase.

    The entire Skulpt collection is considered *intimate wear* (even tights/dresses) as the range hugs the skin very closely & we do not want to resell such figure hugging items after it has been stretched/tried on numerous times at home.

    Swimwear, underwear, bras, mesh/lace, bodysuits are too considered to be personal , intimate items & therefore you may not be able to claim a refund or exchange on these items.

    Products are light & temperature sensitive & so, we do not permit exchanges/refunds on products, as we cannot tell what condition they were kept in when arriving at customer.

    We are an exclusive, small business, we hold limited quantities of stock - when we process exchanges, it affects our stock system & top up process. With the direct & personal communication platform we have on offer (whatsapp with owner) , you cannot go wrong with a purchase, as we are available to assist you in your selection. 

    Please note: Even if you have purchased a particular brand before, the styles & cuts do differ, therefore, we highly recommend a professional in-store fitting that we specialise in. Alternatively, we suggest consulting with owner Victoria via whatsapp message before finalising your choice. Her expertise will have you ready to "add to cart" in no time! 

    No returns or exchanges will be allowed on sale items.

    If you would like to exchange a product purchased due to a factory fault or visible defect, the product packaging should be unsealed, in its original condition & order confirmation number included. Unsealed products will be refused, this includes the tampering of the seal on the box or outer packaging.

    Goldcoast Tan is extremely passionate about ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. All exchange requests will need to be emailed to us info@goldcoasttan.co.za. NB!! If we agree to exchange your product , you will be required to get the item to us at your own cost & then pay a second delivery fee for the correct item. If you are unable to come into our physical store, please use a reliable courier company as Goldcoast Tan will not be held liable for missing parcels.

    Goldcoast Tan will gladly consider requests to exchange within 7 days of your purchase date from items purchased via the official Goldcoast Tan South Africa online store. Once your request is received, we will process the exchange within 7 days and the progress or status of such will be communicated with you via email.

    Goldcoast Tan reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not in accordance with our delivery & returns policy.
