Delivery Time frames

After your order has been received & goods are packaged for delivery, goods purchased will be collected by our designated *Fastway Courier* & be delivered within approx 1-4 working days. 

NB!! If you would prefer to use your own courier service, select ''pick up in-store'' at checkout. You may arrange your own courier, or send an 'Uber Collect' to receive the parcel same day. whatsapp message us 0726000565 to inform us of your selection. 

Please note, rural areas may add an additional day to delivery time frames.

Order delivery times are provided as GUIDELINES only & do not take into account possible delays, packing time, or payment authorisations. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery & the above time is as provided to us by the freight company. You may WhatsApp message us for your tracking number in order for you to contact Fastway & track the parcel.

Deliveries are not processed over Saturday ,Sunday & Monday - we are closed Sunday & Monday January to July (low season). 

Delivery Locations

Goldcoast Tan delivers only to addresses within South Africa. Please Note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes 

Delivery Address

Please provide an address where there will be someone to receive your purchase during office hours as our Courier requires a signature upon receipt. If a work address is provided, the Courier requires the business & receivers’ names.

Once an order has been dispatched, Goldcoast Tan is unable to amend delivery location or redirect parcel.
